Casey Jones Barrel Cut

A punch of cherry to start, moving into earthy and vegetal notes, some tart green apple, yet with bright sweetness underneath it all. The corn shines through, with notes of corn pops, pecan pie, toasted brown sugar, heather, soft and viscous mouthfeel. Mild spice, with a pleasant minerality and a touch of licorice.
